If you have an issue with your shoe that doesn't seem to be answered anywhere, send a picture to our email.  We'll try to help as much as we can.  Some scenarios are common and we will post the pic plus the answer we sent.  In this way I think we answer your question and maybe catch a few others that are having the same issue.
