Not so sticky anymore? Time to wash. Reusable up to 100 washings! European sizes 36-46. With the Soxsol lined up against the front edge of the Birkenstock the ideal fit inside a Birkenstock sandal is ONE size smaller than your sandal size (see images above). SoxSols does recommend two sizes smaller but we find that one size is a more comfortable fit.
The NARROW is designed to go in your other shoes (not Birkenstock). Personally have used when the liner on a sandal is smooth and my feet are just sweaty enough that I make the wet sneaker sqwishy noise. (not a great noise) Don't like your footprint in you sandals? - like Dansko or Taos - the narrow will generally fit better. Also works in ballet flats etc that have that more dress shoe silhouette for a sole.

If you are buying a SoxSol to put in your Birkenstocks - there are a couple tricks.
- If your shoe/sandal is a wide (footprint in footbed or on box) the footprint will look like an outline of a foot. Regular in Birkenstock fits quite wide.
- If your shoe/sandal is a narrow (footprint in footbed or on box) the footprint will be solid or colored in. Narrow in Birkenstock fits more like a true medium.
